Rental Policy
Basic Coverage
Basic Insurance Plan which covers third-party liability and personal insurance as required by EU legislation. This plan is automatically added to your rental vehicle. If the Premium Full Coverage plan is not added, a deposit of 800 Euros will be required.
Premium Full Coverage (CDW + FDW)
The renter is fully insured for any accidental damage to the rental vehicle, including coverage for Tires, Underside, Glass, Mirrors, and Engine, with no obligation to pay any excess. The insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Full Damage Waiver (FDW), covering damages up to the vehicle's full value, reducing or eliminating financial responsibility in case of an accident. In the case of vehicle theft, the renter is covered unless the theft occurs due to negligence. Please note that stolen personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered by any insurance.
Pricing Policy
Our website displays final rental prices, including all insurance types mentioned above. A 24% tax is already included in the price. No additional fees apply. To check the price, select your rental dates on our main page and press "SEARCH.". If you book without prepayment and choose to pay the full amount upon vehicle pickup, the final price may change and you can see on the final step of the booking process.
Driver’s License Requirements
The renter must hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year. The minimum age requirement for renting a car is 21 years.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount. Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. Unused fuel is non-refundable. You also have the option to select a full tank at pickup and return the car empty, which can be chosen on our website for an additional fee.
Insurance Exclusions
- Damages resulting from driving under the influence (DUI) are not covered.
- Damage to the underside and flat tires incurred while driving off-road (e.g., the road to Balos) is not covered.
Road Assistance
We provide roadside assistance across Crete to ensure a seamless rental experience. This option must be selected during the booking process for an additional fee.
Unlimited Kilometers
Our rental prices include unlimited mileage, allowing you to explore freely without additional costs.
Second Driver
A second driver can be added to the rental contract with additional fee.
Delivery Across Crete
We deliver vehicles across the entire island of Crete, including hotels and appartments. A delivery fee may apply, which you can always see on the final step of the booking process.
Changes to Rental Dates and Vehicle Model
If you need to modify the rental date or vehicle model, you can send an email to [email protected] no later than 30 days before the rental date. We will check the availability of the vehicle and will inform you of this option.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to [email protected] at least 30 days before the rental date. If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the service start date, the company will retain 100% of the paid amount as compensation for preparation and administrative costs. Vehicles can be booked without prepayment with full payment upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
Vehicle Collection
You can collect and return the vehicle yourself at any convenient time during the day or night from our parking area in airport. You just need to complete the check-in procedure no later than 72 hours before the rental date. A full set of instructions for vehicle collection will be sent to your email. You can also add the Meet-and-Greet Service option to have our representative meet you at the airport with a sign according to your flight schedule. In case of flight delays, no additional fees will be charged.
For hotel or apartment deliveries, our representative will be waiting for you at the reception at the scheduled time.
Vehicle Return
To return the vehicle, simply park it in the same location and drop the keys in the dropbox if returning at the airport. If returning at a hotel, leave the keys at the reception. If the hotel does not have a reception, the return is still possible. More detailed information will be provided upon vehicle pickup.
